Reimbursement
We are a cash-based practice and do not accept insurance. We will provide you with a super bill for insurance reimbursement purposes. We can not estimate what your insurance company will reimburse.

We are a military family, and support veterans and first responders and their families with a 10% discount on all services and supplements.
Community Support
